Oatlands Cafe is a charming family friendly cafe in the Durbanville wine valley.

We love the beautiful outdoor setting overlooking the farms , a large lawn for the kids to play on and of course the bike track. The indoor options sheltered from the wind and cold makes it perfect all year round.

What to expect at Oatlands Cafe:

Indoor seating and patio seating
6 tables next to the play area - 3 on either side
Sitting by the play area is self service you will need to order and pay inside the restaurant
Bike pump track located right next to the cafe and they’ve added more outdoor tables over looking the pump track . It’s however not close to the play area.
Laid back menu & Baked goods (the biscoff cheese cake is too die for )
Kids menu
The bike track is next to the cafe and opposite the play area. Its fenced in for safety.
Play area includes swings , jungle gym and balance beam.

Good to know:

They have 2 gates. The top one with the Oatlands sign is the best for entry and have been graded . The second one is open sometimes during the week so I would practise extra caution with the kids at the play area if the gate is open .
Hours Wednesdays- Thursday 8am-5pm. Fridays - Saturdays 8am-21:30pm. Sundays 8am -5pm . Closed Mondays - Tuesdays.
