Rooikat Safari Collection is a true family friendly gem in the West Coast for families craving some down time in nature . Absolutely adored our weekend getaway here . From watching the kids play on the garden , helping dad make a fire to roast marshmallows and being in a constant lookout for animals who pop by the fence to say hello.
I could tell this place is run by a fellow mom ,since before we arrived we received amazing communication and clear directions and instructions. We were warmly welcomed by Langton we made sure we knew exactly how everything works and even lit our hot tub for us to enjoy before the kids go to bed. The Game Drive topped the experience of for both mom and dad and the kids . Our guide was knowledgeable on both the gypsum mine heritage of the area and all the incredible South African animals. What a treat having coffee while giraffe roam around and seeing baby zebra up close .
